Mix regular oatmeal with 1 egg and a sprinkle of salt & pepper.

Never be afraid to mix the meat using your hands. Just watch out that you do not get the meat too warm. If the meat gets a little warm, just put it in the refrigerator for 10 minutes and then it will be much easier to form into meatballs.

TIP: Don’t use 99% lean turkey as it tends to dry out a little bit more. Always use turkey with a little bit of fat. Turkey is a healthy lean meat and that little bit of fat makes recipes that are much tastier.
These meatballs are perfect for when you are looking for something low in fat yet delicious and filling. Always eat protein with meals to help keep your diet well-balanced.
