
Salmon with Honey Lime
There will always be those few recipes that are restaurant quality, but take so little time and use so few ingredients, that you can’t believe how good they are.
This is one of those delicious recipes and it’s fish! Salmon is a healthy source of omega 3 and vitamin D and should be included in our diets.
Salmon also has anti-inflammatory properties, which helps to protect the brain cells and keep them functioning properly.
Some days it’s hard to get dinner on the table, let alone a healthy dinner. This recipe takes care of both of those worries. This Salmon with Honey Lime recipe is quick, delicious and nutritious.

Salmon with Honey Lime
- 1-1/2 lbs. Salmon
- 3/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 clove garlic (minced fine)
- For the Sauce:
- 1/4 cup honey
- Juice of 1/2 of 1 lime
- teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Marinate salmon in teriyaki sauce for 15 minutes, turning once to marinate both sides.
- Line a baking dish with foil and lightly spray the foil with nonstick spray.
- Make sure the edges of the foil come up the sides so you have an easier cleanup.
- Place salmon in baking dish and sprinkle with garlic.
- Bake for 10 minutes; turn salmon over, and continue baking for 10 additional minutes.
- While salmon is baking, mix the sauce ingredients together in a small bowl or cup.
- Remove salmon from oven and drizzle with honey sauce. Serve immediately.
