Pork Chops Mushroom Marsala Recipe
These are the absolute best Pork Chops in Marsala Wine with Mushrooms. Mushrooms have so many health benefits that I try to serve them at least once a week if not more.
A robust mushroom and wine sauce is a really tasty way to add more mushrooms to your diet.
Don’t forget the excellent health benefits of parsley. It isn’t there just for an additional garnish so always have lots of fresh parsley on hand.
Wash a handful of parsley and lay on a paper towel to dry. Chop the parsley with a sharp knife – chop everything…. stems included.
