
Our Favorite Summer Shish Kebob
Whether you favor chicken or beef, this method to prepare summer shish kebobs should not be overlooked. All you need is one simple ingredient to turn dinner into dinner delicious!
All you need is your favorite bottle of tangy Italian dressing for a quick marinade. That’s it! It’s that easy … just one bottle of dressing will make an amazing shish kebob!
1 pound of beef or chicken makes 4 adult servings. Cut your beef or chicken into large chunks and add to a zip lock bag with about 3/4 cup Italian dressing. Marinate for at least one hour.
Cut up your vegetables and place in another zip lock bag with the same amount of dressing. Use your favorite vegetables that pair well with your meat.

– red onions
– tomatoes
– eggplant
Let everyone pick there own shish kebob meat and vegetables to make it even more fun. Thread your beef or chicken on skewers with alternating vegetables and grill until meat is cooked through.
