How to Make Your Own Kale Chips
- 1 large bunch kale (inner rib removed and chopped small pieces)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Wash kale in cold water and pat dry with a paper towel.
- MAKE SURE THE KALE IS WELL DRIED.
- In a large bowl, add kale and olive oil tossing to coat. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and mix well using your hands.
- Place the kale on a large baking sheet, spreading evenly and making sure not to overcrowd or overlap the pieces. With a large amount of kale use two baking sheets.
- Bake for 10 – 15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
