There are also whole accounts dedicated to meal prepping and some of them, like Meal Prep Daily, even have thousands of followers.
Why are People so Preoccupied With Meal Prep?
As you can clearly see, millions of people out there are obsessed with meal preparation. And that’s quite understandable, seeing how there countless benefits to preparing your meals ahead of time. For instance, you’ll surely eat healthier if you buy more nutritious food in advance.
While some Instagram accounts and cooking shows make meal prep look easy, it actually takes a lot of legwork.
But in the end, meal prep is definitely worth it. And by the time you get the hang of it, you’ll be surprised just how much time and money you’ll be able to save. So here we have a couple of tips that will surely help you make your meal prep faster and easier.

If go with plastic containers, buy BPA-free ones, because they won’t melt in your dishwasher to microwave. They are also handy if you want to carry your meals with you, so you should also consider buying an insulated bag to make things even more convenient.
