
Fajita Chicken Wraps That are Easy and Tasty!
These Fajita Chicken Wraps are so easy to make for something a little different for lunch or even a light dinner. The chicken cooks up easily in your crockpot using a little lime and some fajita seasoning.
Save a little bit of the lime juice to make the delicious Sour Cream & Lime Sauce below.
For the Fajita Chicken Wraps:
4 large flour tortillas
1 large tomato chopped
2 cups chopped Romaine lettuce
2 cups shredded Fajita Chicken (see link below on how to cook this delicious chicken)
1 cup shredded Montery Jack cheese
Sour Cream Lime Sauce
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons lime juice
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
Heat the flour tortillas in the microwave for about 20 seconds. Add lettuce on the bottom of each tortilla. Add pieces of shredded chicken, then some cheese, and sprinkle with diced tomatoes. Drizzle on some of the Sour Cream and Lime Sauce.
