Super Easy Teriyaki Meatballs in a very Tasty Sauce
These easy Teriyaki Meatballs are actually simple enough for a weeknight meal. Just mix, roll and pop in the oven! Serve over rice or noodles with a side of green beans with almonds.
Do not buy the cooking sherry that is available at most grocery stores. This is not considered an alcohol product so the quality is not even close to what you would find at a liquor store.
A decent bottle of dry sherry should only cost about $6.00-$7.00 and is well worth every penny. A splash of sherry here and there can really enhance the flavor of many dishes so don’t be afraid to use it.
