Step 2.
– Make the Lime Ranch Sauce
Lime Ranch Sauce
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
juice from 1/2 a small lime
Step 3.
– Chop your lettuce and dice the fresh tomatoes
Step 4.
– Cook the Seasoned Shrimp
Seasoned Shrimp
1-1/2 lb. of shrimp
1/2 tablespoon taco seasoning (Mccormick taco seasoning)
3 teaspoons minced garlic
1 tablespoon olive oil
1-2 tablespoons butter
Melt olive oil and butter in a medium skillet and saute garlic. Add shrimp and sprinkle with taco seasoning. Stir well to combine and saute until shrimp turns pink. This should take about 1-2 minutes. Do not overcook as this will toughen the shrimp.
*If you love the taste of lime, drizzle lime over shrimp while cooking.

Step 5.
– Assemble the tacos
Heat a skillet on medium high heat and cook a flour tortilla on each side for about 30 seconds or until it starts to slightly brown.
Spoon rice down the center of tortilla and add about 3 shrimp on top of the rice. Add lettuce and tomato; drizzle lime ranch sauce over all.
