Super Easy Chicken & Bacon Ranch Spinach Wrap
Wrap it up!
This easy chicken wrap recipe features a distinctive spinach wrap in lieu of the more common wheat variety. If you prefer, you can easily use another type of wrap – but this is definitely something you’ll want to try!
Not all wraps are created equal so choose your wrap wisely. Look for organic spinach wraps, or if using wheat wraps, look for the wheat ingredient to start with the word “whole” as in whole wheat.
Regardless of what outer options you choose, the real magic of this recipe happens when you serve it with heated slices of chicken breast and warm bacon. Not only does the meat taste better warm, but it also helps melt the soft, shredded cheeses used in this recipe. Fresh tomato and cucumber give this wrap a little delicious veggie kick that goes well with the fresh ranch dressing.
For a super easy weeknight meal, plan this chicken wrap for a night you know you will have leftover chicken. If you want to make a complete meal in a wrap, add a little bit of warmed leftover rice to the wrap!
