Bravo Cucina Italiana Restaurant Galleria Mall
We got a chance to attend the Sip, Savor & Sample Event at BRAVO Italian Restaurant on October 10th! (Thank you to Mishele! And Thank You Carol!)
It was so much fun to gather with friends for drinks and sample plate after plate of Italian Cuisine. If you get a chance to attend this fun event at your local Bravo Restaurant, go! If they don’t have this event – go anyway just to sample their delicious appetizers and entrees.

You can tell when you walk through the doors that Bravo Cuciana Italiana restaurant at the Galleria Mall is going to be a delicious visit. But Executive Chef Larry takes delicious and ramps it up into mouth-watering awesome!
How the event works is you get to sample 6 of their happy hour appetizers and also receive 2 drinks of your choice. They did have delicious bar drinks to try and they also recommended some amazingly delicious cocktails! We tried the Blazzin’ Berry Martini and it was Blazzin’ Amazin!
Also available for your drink of choice was an array of craft beers, sangria, wine and mixed drinks. We also had the peach sangria and it was perfection.
The bar tender that served our drinks seemed to enjoy his job, which made us feel like he enjoyed having us there!
Here were our 6 appetizers and each one was just as delicious as the next. Our favorite was definitely the Pepperoni Cheese Dip with the Parmesan flatbread crackers!

Pepperoni Cheese Dip
Delicious blend of pepperoni, sausage, ricotta, tomato sauce. Served with parmesan flatbread crackers.
Roasted Tomato + Ricotta Flatbread
with mozzarella, provolone and basil
Fingerling Potato Skins
with a delicious lime crema, applewood bacon and green onions.
Stuffed Banana Peppers
stuffed with sausage, ricotta and tomato sauce.
BRAVO Burger
topped with provolone, creamy horseradish aioli.
Crispy Shrimp Napoli
topped with green onions and charred tomato napoli sauce.
Fingerling Potato Skins
