Delicious Grilled Tandoori Chicken
3-4 pounds of chicken pieces (legs and thighs)
2 cups plain yogurt
2 tablespoons grated fresh ginger
2 large cloves garlic, pressed
4 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons paprika
1 tablespoon ground turmeric
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon salt
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and stir to combine. Add chicken pieces and turn to coat all sides of the chicken. Cover and refrigerate overnight or all day.
Remove chicken from the marinade and grill until chicken is cooked through.
