- 2 cups catsup
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons mustard powder
- 4 tablespoons chili powder
- 2 tablespoons grated fresh ginger
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped jalapeno (optional)
- 1 thinly sliced lime
- Combine everything in a medium saucepan. Bring mixture almost to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer slowly for 10 minutes, stirring often. Use immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks. Brush on meat or chicken during the last 15 minutes of grilling or broiling. Discard unused sauce.

For an even tastier grilled chicken, marinate the chicken in a small amount of Italian dressing or a light mixture of olive oil and lemon. This helps keep the chicken tender and moist while grilling.
