
Baked Fettuccine Alfredo – With Chicken and Broccoli
We like to promise you easy and delicious, and then deliver on that promise! Well, this Baked Fettuccine Alfredo with Chicken and Broccoli takes only about 10 minutes of prep work to get this complete meal popped into the oven.
Bake for 30 minutes, peel off the foil, grab some plates, and dinner-oh-so-delicious is underway!

Baked Fettuccine Alfredo
- 1-1/4 lbs. boneless chicken breasts (uncooked)
- 1-1/2 cups milk
- 1 jar CLASSICO Four Cheese Alfredo Pasta Sauce
- 1 pkg. (9 oz. refrigerated fettuccine, uncooked)
- 1 10 oz box chopped broccoli, well thawed
- 2 tablespoons KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 tsp. parsley flakes
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- salt & pepper
- 1-1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- Pour jar of Alfredo sauce into a medium-size pan.
- Add the milk to the empty jar and shake.
- Stir this into the pan with the Alfredo sauce and bring to a light simmer.
- Break apart the noodles using your fingers as you add them to the sauce.
- Stir until noodles are well coated.
- Add the chopped broccoli and stir again.
- Pour mixture into a 13 X 9 baking dish.
- Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese on top of the mixture.
- Sprinkle both sides of the chicken with salt, pepper, parsley, garlic powder. and Parmesan cheese.
- Lay the chicken breasts on top of the noodles.
- Sprinkle with remaining mozzerella cheese.
- Cover and bake for 30 minutes or until chicken in done (165ºF).
- Lightly salt & pepper the frozen broccoli and microwave until cooked. Drain as much of the liquid as you can.
